  • We are currently divided into an in-house software and IT team, a sales team currently represented in DACH, France, the Netherlands and England, as well as a growing Customes Success team and a small marketing department.

    We are often looking for support in one department or another, so it can't hurt to apply on your own initiative.

  • With our experience and knowledge of the problems and challenges of the temporary employment industry, we have set ourselves the goal of being an innovative solution approach for the entire staffing industry with the help of AI.

    Our automation software automates time-consuming manual processes, overcomes language barriers and offers scalability.

  • Depending on whether the position is advertised in Merzig, Saarbrücken or Munich , the application and recruitment process may differ.

    Our application process is usually divided into 3 steps:

    1) After applying via LinkedIn, Indeed, etc., you will be invited to a digital interview with our digital employee Mona (part of our own software).

    2) You will then be invited to an online meeting with the recruiter and/or team leader of the department, depending on your location and availability.

    3) The last step would be a personal meeting where both the areas of responsibility and personal interests are discussed. In the best case, the contract terms can already be discussed and/or the contract signed.

    Often, step 2 is so convincing that the personal meeting only takes place on the first day of work.

  • We offer a lot of freedom and flexibility. In return, we expect a high level of responsibility from each team member. We usually offer hybrid workplaces, sometimes remote, rarely only on-site.

    And because "remote work" means something different to everyone, we want everyone who wants to work for us to understand what we mean by it: For us, remote work means that we take into account the different time zones and overlapping working hours of our colleagues and use a suitable workplace + environment to work in. We expect that home office does not negatively affect efficiency or performance.
    ‍Among other things, working hours should be chosen depending on the department so that daily processes involving customer contact can take place regularly.

    Team events, quarterly meetings and other celebrations are currently taking place in person and in Merzig/Saarbrücken. The willingness to "travel" to colleagues at regular intervals should be a given.
